Articles Writing Guidelines

ERRABHA: Journal of Sharia Economics

General Requirements

  • Manuscripts must be written in Indonesian or English and must not have been previously published in any journal or publication with an ISSN/ISBN.
  • The manuscript must be original, not under consideration elsewhere, and free from plagiarism, falsification, and data fabrication.
  • Submissions may include research papers (field or literature studies), conceptual papers, theoretical studies, applied research, and critical analyses in economics, business, social sciences, humanities, and technology (within a Sharia perspective).
  • Manuscripts must be written in article format (not reports) and follow proper academic writing standards in Indonesian or English.
  • Authors must register through the ERRABHA OJS system before submission.
  • The editorial board reserves the right to edit manuscripts without altering their content.
  • Authors are fully responsible for the content of their published work.
  • References must be arranged alphabetically using APA 7th Edition citation style.
  • Authors will be notified if their manuscript is rejected.
  • All communication during submission and review is conducted electronically.
  • Authors are encouraged to cite relevant articles published in ERRABHA.
  • The article template can be downloaded from the ERRABHA OJS website.

Copyright

Published articles remain the property of the authors. However, by submitting a manuscript, authors grant ERRABHA: Journal of Sharia Economics the right to publish and distribute the work. Republishing in other media requires written permission from both the authors and the publisher.


Manuscript Structure

Title

  • Includes title, author(s), affiliation, and corresponding email.
  • Maximum of 16 words and must reflect the overall content of the article.

Abstract

  • Written in both Indonesian and English.
  • Presented in a single paragraph without subheadings, including: background, objectives, methods, results, and conclusions.
  • Includes keywords (3–5 words/phrases).
  • Maximum length: 250 words.

Main Content

The manuscript should be structured as follows:

  • Introduction (background, literature review, problem formulation, and objectives in one section)
  • Methods
  • Results and Discussion
  • Conclusion
  • References

Additional requirements:

  • Length: 4000–6000 words
  • Figures must be in JPEG format with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi
  • Tables must be included within the text (not as appendices)
  • Figures and tables must be numbered, titled, and accompanied by brief descriptions using single spacing

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

  • This submission meets the requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  • This submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration.
  • All references have been checked for accuracy and completeness.
  • All tables and figures have been numbered and labeled.
  • Permission has been obtained to publish all photos, datasets and other material provided with this submission.
